    I downloaded the Broken Steel DLC for Fallout 3 on the Xbox 360, under a profile which I no longer use. Can I access the downloadable content under other profiles without signing in to Xbox Live?

    What was XBoy a handheld system?

    Last year I was listening to Gamertag radio podcast, they were talked about the Xbox 360 launch, and one of the person who used to work in MS and help the Xbox 360 said Microsoft cancelled something called an Xboy,. It an handheld system for because would they try to enter the handheld market or just an was it an add on to the Xbox 360.

    when will the Xbox 360 go offline for good??

    I would guess the opposite- I think the Xbox 360 will be online for quite a while longer than expected because of the success of BC on the Xbox One. I would think it would be in Microsoft's best interest to keep the 360 online to help sell Xbox Live subscriptions.

    On the Xbox 360, yes that should work as the console gets a licence so anyone on it can use the content.

    You can, if the content was first downloaded on that console after the purchase.

    If you switched consoles after the account purchased the DLC, that account has to sign in on the new console, and do a

    License Transfer    , and then re-download the DLC again.

    With the DLC-owning account signed in on that Xbox 360 console, go to the settings hub on the far right of the dashboard, and then to "Account". There under "Your Billing Options" is the option to do the "License Transfer".

    After the License Transfer is done, you need to download the updated usage license of the Broken Stell DLC simply by re-downloading the DLC from the marketplace or your download history. If you still have the DLC on that console' storage device, it will
    simply download the tiny license file instead of the whole DLC.



    After the License Transfer and re-downloading the updated usage license, the DLC can be used offline again by any other account.

    Keep in mind that the 360 does not require an initial update like the One does. So you don't necessarily have to update it to get started using it.
