    Xbox 360 help!


    hey all, I have a xbox 360 e, when i turn it on everything sounds like it's on, I have a pulsing green ring. But the startup/slash screen will start then get jagged for a second then try and restart, it gets caught in a loop a resetting on the start screen
    over and over. Does any one know what this problem is or how to solve it. Thanks!

    Xbox 360 help!

    Hi Death3ater25,

    Let's unplug the whole console, then follow the steps in our

    hard drive removal guide    . Once the hard drive has been removed are you able to get to the dashboard on the console?

    Keep in mind that the 360 does not require an initial update like the One does. So you don't necessarily have to update it to get started using it.
