    No I have the original 360, not the 360s and there is not a RROD. I was stating it was acting like there was a RROD, but the actual console itself is not displaying a red ring, or red dash. The only colors on the console is green.

    The forums would not be able to reset your Tenure, if it's even possible it would need to be Support.

    However, when you say a green circle with Tenure, is that on Xbox One? What happens if you look on Xbox 360? Does your Tenure display correctly there or not? I did see a few months ago people saying they were having issues on One seeing the correct number
    but not on 360.

    If it does display correctly on 360, try logging out of and back into your account on the One.

    HD on Xbox 360.

    In short, you'll need to connect the Xbox 360 with an HDMI cable. If the Xbox 360 is an older model than the current Xbox 360 E, you can alternatively get a component cable (red, green, blue connectors) or a VGA cable, depending on what inputs your TV offers.

    When connected by an HD capable connection, the output resolution can be selected in the display settings on the Xbox 360.
