XBOX 360 graphic issue

Hi,

I have the attached graphic issue after getting a message saying "XBOX is tired" or something like that according to my kids.

Can you help me getting that fixed

Poor Graphic Issue

On my xbox one whenever I launched a game whether on the system or on disc, their has been a flashy screen where the screen has been changing filter to color then to black and white. Also in the game there has been these weird shapes and images where the
screen is just a jumble of shapes and lines all around the person I am playing as. But when I exit to home screen I see all these red spots on the screen it continues on and keeps happening since last two weeks ago, Friday. Is there anyway I can fix it without
replacing it?

I just watched the trailers on my X1..... graphic wise ...... top drawer... I'm really not sure where these graphic issue come into play?? unless you have a sub standard tv. It is so amazingly crisp and clear on my Samsung. Very easy to see the difference
between my 360 and X1.

 

Hey Player906687584! Try out these
steps and see if they help resolve the issue. If the issue persists, are you able to try the console on another TV/display? Post back and let me know how it goes!

Thanks a lot, and sorry for late reply.

I tried those steps, but it didn't work, I even go further and formatted the drives, re-installed the updates, used another AV cable instead of the HDMI, and checked and changed some TV settings, but with no success.

I didn't try on another TV as I have no other one.

Do you have any other ideas to try, I still believe this is something could be solved easily as the splash startup screen showing without any glitches.

 

Hey Zoomy99! Since you're seeing the same issues after a factory reset and with different display cables, the only option left would be a different TV or display. If you're confident the TV is not an issue then your best bet is to get the console repaired.
