    Adding my partners Xbox 360 Username to the Xbox One

    If you are gold just add her account to the Xbox one using the 360 details then go to settings and add her id into family it will then grant her ID the same Gold status you have at no extra cost, All Family members on the console get the same gold status as the main ID

    Hello! Gold Set status but can not download the free game of the month - says that we need a Gold membership, though the settings on the Xbox 360 shows the status Gold. Status updated via PC.

    Sorry to hear about your issues with your gold subscription! Can you provide some screenshots of the subscription status on your Xbox 360?

    Also, you can test your connection on your 360. This will update the status to Gold.

    Update me and let me know what your situation is after that.
