xbox 360 gold is gone

Yeah, my gold was renewed 3 weeks ago. It appears on Xbox One, my tenure, but it's gone from my 360 profile. Has been for 3 weeks.

The xbox family account has been gone for over a year, on the xbox one you only need to person on a console to have a gold account making it much cheaper, you can have any number of consoles and have the same person on each console and therefor every console
will have gold.

It doesn't work on the 360 though.

I am a consumer of the Xbox franchise products. I was very sad to hear that Xbox Live Gold and Xbox 360 services were gone. I humbly ask those in charge of the Xbox 360 to review my measurements, so that they restart the license transfers of all Xbox 360s
until the oline services stop working. Not only do I ask this, but all other Xbox consumers. I is Brazil

Just came here to post the same thing. I am missing all the ready to install "Games with Gold" Xbox One games that were redeemed prior to 2016. Games that are currently installed are still available, and all Xbox 360 "Games with Gold" games are still available,
but for Xbox One, anything before "Killer Instinct Season 1 Ultra Edition" is gone.

I have the same problem. I purchased Tomb Raider (2013) for Xbox 360 for $8.00 as a huge discount for Xbox Live Gold. I already have it for Xbox One called Definitive Edition, and wanted the 360 version gone because it was too buggy than the other version.
Is there some way I can get my $8.00 back?
