how can i play the xbox 360 golda games on my xbox one console? Can i play with them without add my credit card?

It has always been like that not unless there will be an update regarding in redeeming Xbox 360 games with gold on the website. Xbox 360 marketplace has a different structure than on Xbox One Store. Xbox 360 games with gold on the website will need a payment
method. In Xbox 360 console, you won't need one. Currently, you can't redeem Xbox 360 games with gold using Xbox One console and still under progress about redeeming Xbox 360 games with gold on Xbox One console. Either get the games using an Xbox 360 console,
or get the games on the website with a payment method.

 

Hi vattacokor, unfortunately you must have a valid payment option on file to purchase xbox 360 games. There is no way around this restriction that I am aware

To "purchase" Xbox 360 games you will either need to go to
http://marketplace.xbox.com/ and add the games to your account there (doing it on Xbox.com requires either a valid credit/debit card OR PayPal to complete the transaction), or you need to do it from an actual Xbox 360 console (which does not require a payment
method).

Once you have done this, on your Xbox One go to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right to a section called "Ready to Install" where you will find Xbox 360 games compatible with Xbox One; simply hit A to download them.

thanks the answers! I have one more question: if i start downoald the (f.e.) sacred 3 on my friend's xbox 360, with my profil, but he has xbox live too, and downloaded the game like me and after that i can download home on my xbox one the game? Or its not
allowed and they give us ban? sorry for my gramatik :/

 

Hi Vattacokor,

All purchases are tied to your profile so there is no issue with downloading on any console in the future. The only limitation you will run into is the fact that game sharing will not work on the non home console unless you are actively signed in to that
console.

That means; you 'Home Console' will always have the game available for all profiles on that system to play without restriction as long as it remains your home console. All other system that are not your home console which you are signed in will allow you
to download and play with other profiles only while you are actively signed into that system. As soon as you sign out (or I believe sign in elsewhere) the digital license to that game will expire and users of the non home console will no longer be able to
access the content until you were to sign back into the system.

You could download the game onto any Xbox 360 and Xbox One, but you may need your profile signed in if you do this. In the scenario you describe, on your friend's console it is better that your friend use his own account (you say he also has Gold?) to download
the game first (to avoid running into issues as to which account owns the game), after which you can sign in (sign out your friend) and also "purchase" the same free game, which will allow you to download the game on your Xbox One in future without issue.
