Xbox 360 - Goat MMO Simulator

I can´t start the add-on. Error message: Disc can´t be read. Please instert the disc.

I purchased this add-on digitally and I already did this troubleshooting stepts, that the Xbox Support told me to do.

Uninstalled the game, uninstalled the add-on, deleted cache, removed profile, powercycled Xbox, redownloaded profile, reinstalled the game and then the add-on.

The error persists. The license of the add-on and of the game Goat MMO are active on my Xbox Profile.

What can I do in order to solve this issue?

I'm sorry to see any issues with Goat MMO Simulator! Can you clarify where you are getting the error? Is it when you launch up the map, or is it when you launch the whole game up in general?

If possible, a picture of what you see would be helpful. However, a video would be even better. (You can put this up on your

game developer for more information. it's possible that this is the way it was designed.

It isn't a setting, the game really thinks that a 3th controller/player is connected to the xbox.

Even if you only have 2 controllers.

I have encountered the same issue once.

What I did was a power-cycle (see: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console)

After that the extra player was gone, havent got the issue since.
