Xbox 360 Gears of war 3 code not working

I received the codes for the xbox 360 gears games toda y I redeemed all of them except gears 3, because it reconizes the code but when I confirm it. It shows a message saying "something went wrong " the same thing if I try on the console OR on my pc browser.
Please help me out

Gears of war vs Gears of War Ultimate Edition

Is there any differences between Gears of War Xbox 360 version compared to Gears of War Ultimate Edition for the Xbox One? Because I just got my codes for gears of war, gears of war 2, gears of war 3, and gears of war judgement from microsoft for playing the gears of war ultimate edition and was wonder do I really need the 360 version of gears of war on my x1 since I done own the ultimate edition for the x1?

 

Code for Gears of War 3 that came with Halo/Gears S bundle not working

All the codes redeemed except for Gears of War 3

tried to redeem on both xbox 360, xbox one no luck

on 360 it gives me error file is corrupted or not avaialbe for the region
or dont recognize format

microsoft chat support basically said contact gears support or ebgames, gears of war forum said in no certain terms said to contact microsoft support
