    Xbox 360 games won’t download from gold


    Ive tried downlaoding xbox 360 games from gold on xbox.

    ive recentlyAdded my credit card and whenever i go to download it says i cant continue this purchase from xbox.com and need to do it on my xbox but im on my and on the xbox store

    is there a fix?

    Thanks for keeping us updated. The error message you described means that your account is a child or teen account. These accounts cannot correctly use the 360 marketplace on any devcie other than an actual 360 console. This includes any purchases or free
