    why i cannot see my previous purchased xbox 360 games in my xbox profile online but it is showing in download history and i cannot download it which is one of xbox issue mentioned on xbox support

    Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

    When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

    Backwards compatibility question

    You can login, make sure you are logged into a profile on your xbox one, then hit the back and start (view and menu) buttons in x360 mode... That brings up the option to sign into profiles and download profiles.

    Even if you use another xbox 360 it should let you login to a xbox 360 profile and it should just say it was last signed in on another system. I'd make sure you are signed into a profile, if you are trying splitscreen stuff make sure your friend signs into his xbox one profile before then signing into his xbox 360 profile.

    Awkward, but it works. Been busting up borderlands splitscreen in bc for a couple days.

    Xbox achievements problem on my profile

    Still not showed For Honor list view on my profile atm, Disney Epic Mickey 2 The Power Of Two Xbox 360 works fine come 1 sec view on my profile is top 1 now. Guess i'm go buy more xbox 360 games my top 30 lists achievements will be xbox 360 shock.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are unable to download your profile to your Xbox One backwards compatible menu and your Xbox 360. We recommend removing your profile from the Xbox One backwards compatible menu. We will
    provide steps on how to remove your profile and add it back. A corrupt file on the Xbox 360 will be indicated by an exclamation point. If you do a search though the hard drive of your Xbox 360, do you see any corrupt files? We suggest removing any corrupt
    files. Especially any corrupt files that are in the profile folder. Be sure to let us know the results!

    How to remove your profile:

    1. Launch an Xbox 360 game on your Xbox One
    2. Wait until you get past the Xbox logo and press the
      View and Menu buttons at the same time to pull up the Xbox 360 guide
    3. Go to Settings and look for storage settings
    4. Select profiles
    5. Delete your profile(Profile only) Do not delete profile and items


    How to download your profile:

    1. Once your profile has been removed, press the View and
      Menu buttons at the same time to pull up the Xbox 360 guide
    2. Select download profile

    Oh really ? Is it showing the correct gamerscore on xbox.com xbox one and on xbox 360 when viewing your profile but only when compare games on 360 ? That's how mine is
