XBOX 360 GAMES UNABLE TO BUY

Is there any one having issues when trying to buy a backwards games? I always got the message your purchase was not complete, try later. If any one had the same issue and has a solution I would highly appreciate.

Go to the console to see if it is there, if yes just installed the game; I was able to find the one I bought.

Try doing a hard reset (Hold the power button down until the console turns off, unplug the console, plug it back in, then turn it back on).

Same problem here, after struggling with the system I was able to buy something and got that weird message, I have plenty of space and I am currently not downloading anything; I think it is a general error and have no idea on how to fix it.

Very frustrating.

Hey there Josue!

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue trying to get
these backwards compatible game.

I'm not sure if you have or not, but I think it might be best for you to try the claim for this game off of a 360 console instead. This being because the 360
consolecan communicate better with
360 marketplace
than the XboxOne, that has to access it through an emulator. This helps
especially if you're trying to purchase the game with Microsoft Funds.

If and when you can, give that a shot and let us know how that helped!
