    i was wondering about the promotion that you can trade a xbox 360 in to get $100 off a xbox one? what stores are supporting this in canada so far? if it can be a used xbox one console, and if i can trade games as well as the xbox 360

    It depends on what games you're looking to trade. There are several developers that have offered that for a certain period of time and only at participating retailers. You would need to check the developer's website to see if the games you're looking to
    trade are eligible.

    Nearly every retail offer to upgrade from the 360 version to the One version for $10 expired at the end of the year. Now only standard trade ins apply. Check with your local reseller for more details.

    I'm afraid not, the Xbox 360 version of the game will only work on the 360 console, and the Xbox One isn't able to play Xbox 360 games. Check with the store you purchased the game from however, as they may offer some sort of 'trade-in' for the newer version.

    Prob trade my old Xbox 360 and games for new Xbox with games pack. Then trade my other games in to make new games cheaper each time.

    Sad to see it go, but with backwards compatibility coming up on xbox one I believe that xbox 360 is on its way out. Trade in your 360 and get an xbox one. Plus if you pick up a best buy game rewards card for $30 you can get more on every trade in.

    Transferring games for $10 would be for purchases made on xbox marketplace. Have you checked trade in prices at you local stores to trade your 360 version for the one version?

    By the way... We will purchase (and have purchased) new Kinect games for Xbox One but as stated we have a lot of investment in 360 Kinect games. Since we assumed backward compatibility meant Kinect games too we went ahead and traded our 360 console when
