    If you are referring to Games for windows live games no you cannot play pc titles on the xbox console. Pc games play on pc, Xbox 360 games play on xbox 360 the two are completely different platforms.

    Nascar Inside Line is an Xbox 360 game. You cannot play Xbox 360 games on a PC/Laptop. You might be able to find the game available for the PC, but you will have to purchase it.

    Just buy an old copy of Halo 2 for the original Xbox and play it on your Xbox 360. It's the same thing.
