XBox 360 Games on Xbox One X - since last update

Hi !

happy new year ! and a great new year for xbox !

i've tested all "solution" over the net : nothing work.

I can launch a game from a game disc xbox One like Halo,Forza6 etc. (they're installed before my problem, but when i put disc, it reconize and launch the game)

DVD video : from bluray app : not run :

if i launch app before disc : no disc inserted

if i launch app after : "it's hard to read this.... 0x91d70000"

Audio disc with audio cd player app : no disc in player.

i've bought a cleaner dvd, but same, i need select track to run cleaner, but with no disc detection...

i've go to support Xbox (French) but platform is on beta and all action (chating or get phone number) are on development (message)

The settings for instant-on power mode can render a small number of consoles unable to read discs.

Solution 1: If you use instant-on power mode, change power modes and power cycle the console

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Power & startup >
   Power mode & startup.
3. Select Power mode, and then select Energy-saving.
   
4. Perform a "hard power cycle" by holding down the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds. Once the console has completely shut down, press the
   Xbox button on the console again to restart it.
5. Try your disc again. Wait a few seconds to see if the console recognizes it. If the console can now read the disc, you can revert to instant-on power mode.

My console was by default in Energy-saving mode

- i've shutdown it by button on console

- restart by button on console

- Insert Blue Dragon : disc access ( disc move ) : no detection

- now i'll run update i've say in my previous post, to see.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your 360 backwards compatible games to run as intended. I understand how this could be pretty confusing/concerning.

I suggest trying what we call a soft reset of the console It's a factory reset that does not uninstall any of your games/apps and is a great troubleshooting step for a variety of issues. Once you have made sure that your network is connected with an open
NAT type and that you have the sign in information for any important gamertags on your console (as you'll have to redownload them later), follow the steps on

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One and select the option denoted reset and keep my games & apps.


When you get the chance, give those steps a shot and let us know if that helped.

I've reset my console with "soft reset", after restart set my account etc...

and select get my parameters when suggestion appear.

before add a game i've verified my update version : 14/08/2019 17:22

Insert one of my first Retrocompatible game : Blue Dragon

Same things, disc run and stop, no reaction in screen.

Insert Forza 6 (Xbox one) : detection and want install it.

At this time, in information :

SE Version : 10.0.18362.6065 (19h1_release_xbox_dev_1908.190807-1720)

if i go to System > Update i've got > Console Update / Status of last update / ...

i can update my console, if i select it : update size 528Mo

I'll run this update after AquarrzSudnnym (9/10 post) test.

SE Version : 10.0.18363.7194 (19h1_realease_xbox_dev_1910.1909.29-1975)

Same no 360 disc detection.

Es tu sure que t'es jeux sont rétrocompatible ? Si c'est le cas vérifier que t'es jeux sont en tres bon état apres Insertion du jeu redémare ta console.
