Xbox 360 games not visible on "My Games" list on the xbox.com site

Hello.

When I access the "My Games" section on the xbox.com site, I can see the digital games I bought, but only for the xbox one and not the games I have for Xbox 360 (there is a filter on the left side of the page, but it only has two possible values: Xbox One
and PC).

I can add a screenshot if necessary.

Why?

The Sims 3 Xbox.com achievements issue.

i'fe been playing the sims 3 on Xbox 360, but none of the achievements are showing on Xbox.com, even comparing achievement lists with people I know have played the game, they still don't show.

The are however showing fine on the Xbox 360 console.

I was wondering if this was an issue with the game on Xbox.com, maybe because the game is old, I'm not sure. But it is even visible on my gamercard?

Account Creation Tool is in my game list, does anyone have this problem?

It's only on Xbox.com, but not on Xbox One or the Xbox 360, How did I even get it in the first place?. I don't want it in my game list on Xbox.com.

Hi! This is nothing to worry about as the xbox.com website currently struggles when trying to display certain areas of your profile like games, achievements and other things. As long as you can see those games on your console everything's fine.

Hi,

that right, on xbox.com and on my Lumia 520 phone I can see the archivements. But in the Windows 10 Xbox-App there isn't this game in my list and because that, there are no archivements. In the App and and Beta-App there is a bug to see the Game in the list.
Also Microsoft Solitare from a Windows 8.1 device is missing. This one is also visible on my windows 8.1 phone.

That game is not backwards compatible so it will not work with the Xbox One.

But it is under Xbox 360 games on My Games page on the xbox.com site. And the FAQ says that if the game is there it backward compatible with my console.

Left 4 Dead is in the 360 backward compatible list but when I put in my disk I get:

This game isn't playable here
