    A few years ago, I bought Ms. Pac Man for the Xbox 360 on my Xbox One, I was able to play and download it on my One but not on my 360. It didn't show up on my Download History and going to the store result made me try to repurchase it. This didn't bother
    me as I had Namco Museum for the OG Xbox and could just play that if I wanted to play Ms. Pac Man on my Xbox 360 as it was a BC title.

    Yesterday, I bought Rare Replay, and the same thing happened. I tried to download Banjo-Kazooie and Perfect Dark on my Xbox 360 and it said I didn't own it and try to make me repurchase it.

    I tried to google this issue but only results for the opposite problem(Xbox 360 games bought on Xbox 360 not showing up on Xbox One) shows up.

    Of course, purchase history isn't available on the 360 anymore, so that ain't an option.

    I tried Downloading it on One and going to Download History, but like Ms. Pac Man, that didn't work

    Most games on Rare Replay showed up twice on the "All Owned Games" on my One(as expected; one for the 360 version and one for the RR version)

    Backwards Compatibility games not showing

    Nice! Me personnaly on my account, nothing changed since I posted this message. But one of my friend Cloning clyde has showed up, Quake Arena and Switchball. But on my account unfortunately nothing changed, i dont own the games even if I bought them on my xbox 360 and on my xbox 360 it's showed I own them. I'll try contact Microsoft again when I have the energy to argue with them lol but there's hope at least....

    If you own a Xbox 360, then you can use that to purchase the games, and they will show up on the Xbox One for you to download.

    I had bought an old xbox 360 game recently and it wouldnt download i went to xbox.com found the game for which it said i owned i clicked download to 360 when you next turn it on then when i turnned on my one x it showed as available to download in my ready

    Hello Emperor,

    For some Xbox 360 codes, when redeemed on Xbox One, the game can only be downloaded on Xbox One and not on an Xbox 360 console. I'm not entirely sure why, but redeeming on the Xbox One means that it does not show up in your Xbox 360 download history so the
    older console does not recognise that you own, and can thus download, the game.

    You'll still be able to download and play the game on Xbox One.

    I hope this clarifies things.
