Xbox 360 games not appearing on games list

The achievement list on Xbox One appears to be viewable again, but now with less functionality:

-360 games with zero gamerscore that were previously deleted, have reappeared and cannot be deleted. Deleting them again on the 360 does not remove them from the Xbox One list.

-The order of games on my achievement list has been randomized.

Everything on my list from 2007 - Oct.2011 is randomized and not in the 'date played' order it used to appear.

Games I haven't booted since 2008, have strangely been moved up as if played in 2015.

If the games appear in the Xbox one backwards compatibility list any digital purchases you made on Xbox 360 will display in the ready to install section in my games and apps on Xbox one

• Select digital games for Xbox 360 and the original Xbox work on Xbox One. The ones you own will appear in the Ready to Install section of your games & apps. Select the game to install it.
• For disc-based games, insert the disc. If it's on the list, the game will download. You'll need to keep the disc in the drive to play.
• Games for the original Xbox also work on Xbox One, but compatibility is one way: you can't play Xbox One games on Xbox 360 or the original Xbox.

He is but not showing ... also noticed that on his 360 under games the PVZ game doesn't have the text 'Xbox One' against it like 2 other games on his list which are appearing. Also the PVZ game on his 360 list only shows the XboxLive cover art rather than
the PVZ art.

It is possible that it is already an account on Zune or also Games for Windows, which would not appear on the Friends List of the XBOX 360 because they are completely different.
