xbox 360 games no longer downloading

Issue I have is I have 8 games nolonger working nor can be redownloaded and after contacting support through chat first 3 advised request of refund, but after doing that was denied due to being far out of the dates that was purchased now I am stuck with
8 games that I paid a lot for and cant play them.. truly poor support for older games..

If you want fast download you must keep the download in the foreground not background download

I don't know if my 360 has recently been updated by my kids but for some reason games will no longer download when the Xbox 360 is turned off. I have checked settings and they are all correct. Over 100Gb of space so that's not an issue. The strange thing
is that if I leave my Xbox 360 on download the download will restart back at 0%. I have turned the Xbox 360 off by the power for 30mins. I have also tried to clear the cache. Even so the Xbox 360 turns off completely when turned off from the controller. Is
there anything else I can try. Im currently trying to download the last 3 Games for Gold purchases which are still in my queue.

Any help would be appreciated.

check your purchase history to ensure the purchases are recorded on the account. Once you can confirm, try these troubleshooting articles:

• Xbox Live content won’t download on your Xbox 360 console
• Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console

If the problem persists, try logging into the
Xbox website, search the game and click on download to 360.

• Does it give you an option to install?

View your Xbox Live download history on your computer or Xbox 360 console

nothing no error message, cant download when I hit the option.

 

those games have been removed from xbox store, I check on the website.. :/ all it shows are pictures
