I have been having the same problem... and will try this.. but the instructions tell you to plugg the HDD first then into the xbox then turn it on..

Haha! Well I worked it out. Maybe should have kept messing around with it before posting this. Oh well. For anyone that was in my situation, you might have made the mistake I did, so here's how I got it to work: I turned my Xbox on, then I pluged the Data
Transfer Cable into the USB port WITHOUT the HDD pluged into it, THEN pluged the HDD in and the window poped up. I had been pluging the Data transfer cable in with the HDD already connected. That's why it wasn't working.

I installed the game to HDD.

Last night I saw the first ever dirty disc error my current 360 has ever encountered. It happened while loading an egypt map.

The game is installed so was reading from HDD at the time. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping it was just a fluke caused by the fact that after the error I was signed out of xbox live and had to agree to new xbox live terms and conditions

It is possible that when you were deleting netflix you were not also looking for a corrupted app instal. When A app installs to the console and is corrupted it will hide in the netflix file or at the bottom of the app list. So you basically had two netflix's
installed. When you formated the HDD the corrupted portion of the download was wiped and it was able to be downloaded correctly.

I have the same problem. I purchased the game a while back and it was in my Ready to Install list. I installed it but got the 7.8GB version that would not load. I uninstalled it after seeing posts about the 7.7GB version and when I did it disappeared from
my ready to install list and is not in the Microsoft Store either on the Xbox or on the app.
