    Hello! My English is not that good but I give my best to explain what's my problem. I got an Xbox one and I just have seen that there are games from Xbox 360 to download. (Black Ops 1) but when I try to buy it, it says that I can't because it's not to download

    Xbox 360 games for Xbox one download problems

    You do not need to buy them, check your "My Games and Apps" screen, they should appear under the tab "Ready to Install." Hope this resolves your issue.

    Thank you guys for help. Ngocphi yes that's exactly what I mean and I don't know why. I am from Austria and my friends are playing this game to but I can't download it or actually buy it. Does anyone know what I can do?

    There are usually only problems with the XBOX 360 games. I then download them from my XBOX 360 console. XBOX One games are no problem

    Max Payne 1 & 2 download failure on Xbox 360.

    My problem is actually downloading on an Xbox 360 but the link is for Xbox One. Will the same procedure work for Xbox 360?

    By the way, I was able to download a game with no problems less than a week ago on the 360. Do you think this problem I’m having is due to Max Payne 1&2 just recently being made available for download again?

    I am also having problems when downloading Xbox 360 games with Gold for Xbox One. I have a valid payment on file. I click download and a message appears saying this game will appear on your Xbox 360. It does not appear on my Xbox One in my games waiting
    to be installed. Can someone please help. I have also spoken to an agent on Xbox live chat and followed the instructions to the letter and still cannot download Xbox 360 games.

    I had this problem for several months and now I solved by going into my old Xbox 360, downloaded the profile there. After this, I was able to download profile when playing Xbox 360 games in my Xbox One.
