XBox 360 Games for One via Live

I recently added Gears of War 2 from the 360 free games with gold offering, but it does not show up on my Xbox One for installation, even though it is part of the backwards compatibility program. I go to My Games & Apps and there is nothing in my Ready To
Install section. If I go to the game page in the store on this site, the game shows as purchased. Ideas?

Xbox One Feature Request

I like the following scenario:

To be able to play some Xbox 360 games on your Xbox One console via Emulation. However there will/could be some drawbacks. For example, Game saves from an Xbox 360 console cannot be transferred to an Xbox One console unless that 360 game's saves are available
in the cloud. Xbox Live functionality for some games on Xbox 360 games will be discontinued. You can, however, play system link between Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles. Lastly, not all games will be supported.

Xbox One and Games bought Digitally through your 360 & Xbox Live.

Can games you buy, say Bioshock Infinite, on the XBox 360 via a complete game download from XBox Live be re-downloaded and playable on the XBox One?

if the save game is correctly saved on Xbox Live via cloud storage and the 360 game is supported via Backwards compatibility on Xbox One and you are using the same account on Xbox One as on the Xbox 360 then the save game should be available.

I'm afraid it won't. Game saves must be moved using Xbox 360 Cloud Saved games (Xbox Live Gold subscription required), while actual Xbox 360 games that are back-compatible on Xbox One can be redownloaded via Ready to Install on Xbox One's My Games & Apps
page.
