Xbox 360 games download corrupting

Recently i have found my old 360 and put it in my grandma house for all my little cousins to use when bored over there and in my account i have many 360 games which were backwards compatible so i reinstalled them on the 360 but they keep corrupting as no matter if i clear the cache or remove and reinstall the update they keep corrupting as other games download fine but any 360 game downloaded on the xbox one or s/x store keep corrupting even if they let me download it as i tried on the 360 marketplace website to remotely download it from there and it still keeps corrupting while other backwards compatible games that were bought on 360 download fine with no problems but games purchased on newer xbox storefronts corrupt at 80 percent as they say i own it because i do but i cant play it

I selected the incompleted download of the game from my external drive. The title of the incomplete download is: Corrupted; subtitle is Xbox 360 Game. Somehow the X360 download of Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb has corrupted data, which is why the
download can't finish!

So I tried to be helpful and figure out what I could since I have a surplus of systems available at my disposal.

I tried downloading the game on my Xbox One over wireless. Succeeded first try.

Tried it on my 360 over wireless. Corrupted download.

Tried it on second 360 over wireless. Corrupted download.

Tried it on third 360 over wireless. Corrupted download.

Tried it on second Xbox One over wireless. Success first try.

Tried wired on my 360's. Corrupted.

Tried various ethernet cables on my 360's. Corrupted.

Tried taking out HDD and replacing. Corrupted.

Tried clearing caches and repeating previous steps. Corrupted.

Tried kerjiggering with my internet settings and then retried all of the above. Results:

Worked first try on the One

Never worked on the 360.

My suspicion is that they borked the download package in some fashion that's preventing it from installing on the 360. I'm not quite sure how they pulled it off since I've heard no complaints about the same thing happening with Ninja Gaiden Black and other
games they beefed up for the Xbox One BC program.

If you're not able to see the option, you can try picking a different category.
Or if you see the “chat with a gamer” option, you can ask them to escalate your situation.

However, I would like to let you know that no one at a Microsoft can bypass any kind of geographical restrictions.

Can i get like a microsoft employee to help as they could help but the support system doesn’t work very well as can i get any employee to respond here
