xbox 360 games and backwards compatible achievements not unlocking at all

ok so as the thing says my achievements are not unlocking after years of playing some games have unlocked and some have not but everything I have tried has not worked and also my account was hacked and when I got it back the gamer score was back to zero
and I didn't think anything of it until I went to play gears of war thinking I hadn't played it since I had 0g on it.

Backwards Compat Games Not Rewarding Gamerscore After Unlocking

I recently (past few months) noticed that after unlocking achievements on backwards compatible games (Xbox 360) they would not increase my Gamerscore. I've checked my profile and the Xbox servers to see if the achievement(s) had unlock, and yes they had.
Also, this problem sometimes occurs with Xbox one games....... rarely.

Any help with solving this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Mass Effect 2 achievement Gamerscore not showing up on the leaderboard when comparing with friends

I'm playing the EA Access digital version of Mass Effect 2 on Xbox One, and have nearly completed my first playthrough of the game, unlocking the game's achievements along the way, and when I have a look at my leaderboard with all my friends listed, it shows
only the gamerscore for achievements on Xbox One titles that I have unlocked so far this month (November 2016), and none for Mass Effect 2 for Xbox 360 which is backwards compatible on Xbox One.

sounds like you had a gamerscore reset. they usually do this when you are suspected of cheating. afterwards you will not be able to unlock achievements on any of the games that were reset.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues. The information that QuickMythril said is correct, you can check the
Enforcement page to see if there have been any Enforcement actions that have taken place on your account. If your Gamescore has been reset, then unfortunately there is not an option to re-earn your
achievements.

If there aren't any Enforcement actions on your page, can you list the games that you are seeing Gamerscore discrepancies with? Are you checking this through xbox.com or through your console?

I have the exact same issue. I can't unlock any achievements on Xbox One games. However I can unlock achievements on Xbox 360 backwards compatible games.

Hi Neizo,

All the achievements are stored on the 360 servers. So if the save data was lost the achievements will still be done. Same with backward compatible games. Personally played a lot of games on 360 now they are available on the Xbox one as backward compatible
and the achievements are done from when I played before. You can always check achievements on trueachievements.com

Xbox 360 games played on the original system itself don’t require an active broadband connection to unlock achievements, unlike Xbox One’s backwards compatibility. Unfortunately your account maybe under a temporary suspension or you didn’t meet the
requirement for the achievement itself

Couldn't you just automatically unlock the achievement for players that have the game? It's ridiculous to have any achievements locked behind shutdown servers or apps. That goes for all games that have been made backwards compatible..

I did not unlock them on the 360 yet, just unlocked them today on the xbox one. I think they are glitched for me right now. A few of my other friends have unlocked 360 achievements on their xbox one with the backwards compatible and it has counted towards
their gamerscore. So I believe it is a glitch. Thanks guys hopefully it will be fixed soon.
