    Xbox 360 gamerpic revert on Xbox one customizable option


    I’m sure many Xbox 360 users that migrated to Xbox one would like to revert to their Gamerpic on Xbox 360 that they might have bought. Personally, I purchased a Gamerpic while I played on Xbox 360, and when I transferred my account to the Xbox one, during setup it reset to one of the default pics for the one. I think this would be a nice option for profile customization on Xbox one that could be implemented soon!

    Hey there darkfalco Mx.

    Are you referring to your Xbox One Gamerpic? I'm afraid Xbox 360 Gamerpics do not carry over to the Xbox One and if you have already chosen an Xbox One Gamerpic, there isn't an option to revert back to an Xbox 360 Gamerpic. Thanks for your understanding!

    Unfortunately once you change your gamerpic to an Xbox One gamerpic you cannot revert. Your old pic will be viewable on the 360 but not on your Xbox profile on xbox.com or Xbox One.

    No. There's no way to revert back to a 360 gamerpic on the One.

    Sorry, but once you change your gamerpic on the One, it's not possible to revert that to a 360 gamerpic. You can change it on the 360 and it will show up there, but anywhere else that has been updated to show One information will only show the One gamerpic.

    Hey there SuperStrikerRS.

    If you selected a different Gamerpic on your Xbox One, there isn't a way to revert to a previous Gamertag used on your Xbox 360. Luckily you can use custom gamerpics now, so you can always find a similar image to use :)
