Xbox 360 gamer pic on Xbox one

Today I switched to an avatar by mistake and lost my gamerpic from Xbox 360. It was from the seriously achievement on Gears of War 1. It took me 4 years to get that, and it was my badge of honor. I did everything I could to figure out how to fix it, to no
avail. We paid for gamer pics during those days as well, and there is no option to use them. I know this has been discussed before, after all I read online today, but I just wanted to say how disappointed I am this issue has not been corrected. Microsoft makes
games, and it seems they don't understand how important something like this can be to the people who purchase their games. Now I'm stuck with a choice of one of the garbage gamer pics that everyone and their brother has, and lost my most prized online achievement.
Thanks Microsoft for turning a deaf ear to your customers on this.

When I change my gamer pic it still shows my 360 one PLEASE HELP!

How do you change your Xbox One gamer pic back to your Xbox 360 gamer pic? I changed mine for my clan and now I want my old Xbox 360 gamer pic back on showing my Xbox One. How do I do that?

Avatar Items are automatically transferred and you can see them when customizing your avatar. Themes and Gamer Pics from 360 cannot be used on Xbox One. The only way to keep to use a 360 gamer pic is to not select an Xbox One pic.

Oh and a reason why I no longer have my Xbox 360 gamer picture, is I messed around with avatar app on Xbox One exited without saving and now it's changed my gamer pic to what you see now. I can still change it though. However when I log in on my Xbox 360
slim console, my original Xbox 360 gamer pic is still there.

Your gamer picture was one of the gamer pics that came with the 360 console. It was part of the "default" set of gamer pics that the console shipped with.
