Xbox 360 "game with gold" game license disappeared on Xbox one

Hello, a few years ago, I got, via the program "game with gold", on Xbox360, the game Civilization Revolution. I now own an Xbox One, and I've downloaded the game back to this console from the cloud; until now, it worked perfectly,
and I could play the game without a problem, but today, trying to launch the game software, the following error message appeared:

"Did you buy this game or this application ?

If you have a game disc, insert it now. Otherwise, make sure you are signed in to Xbox Live. If you do not have the necessary rights to play, you must purchase the game on the Xbox Games Marketplace. "

After checking my connection to the Xbox Live Network and searching for it, unsuccessfully, a help on microsoft support, I undertook to completely uninstall the game and reinstall it on the Xbox one console; however, after uninstalling,
the game was no longer displayed in the various sections of the "ready for installation" menu, even though it was there before uninstallation. So I tried to find it in the history of purchases and download, without success (it is indeed a game acquired free
under the games obtained via the "game with gold").

So it appears that microsoft has lost track of the fact that I own a license to use the complete Civilization Revolution game, and forbids me to download the game as well as are use, perfectly legal.

I am looking for a solution to this problem, since I intend to play this game again on Xbox one, and I thank the person (s) who will be able to help me, or even solve this error on the part of microsoft.

Shouldn't need to try it. The games work the same way - a console license and a gamertag license. The first console to download the game on the 360 side gets the console license. The purchasing gamertag's "home" console on the Xbox One side gets the console
license. As long as the 360 gamertags have Live Gold the game will work on the 360 side. Xbox One "home" consoles can share Gold so it shouldn't be required on the Xbox One side.

Since this is a Games with Gold title, you'll need to have an Xbox Live Gold Subscription in order to play the game. Do you currently have a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription?

I no longer have a xbox live account "gold" at the moment, but it never bothered me to use this game offline, until yesterday, and most importantly, I can read about the account description " gold "it is only necessary to play online,
get discounts or acquire games" for free ", but absolutely not to use them later.

This would indicate that you'll need to have an Active Xbox Live Gold subscription in order to play the games. If you were to re-subscribe to Xbox Live Gold. You'll be able to play those titles again.
