If you are having problems with any backwards compatible game, then I would say that the troubleshooting steps here on

Troubleshoot playing Xbox 360 games on your Xbox One and see if that helps you out.

If that doesn't work out for you, then try out the steps here on our general game freeze troubleshooting wizard.

I did see the question about trying to access the Xbox 360 menu on an Xbox One. There is a way to access it.

1. Launch a 360 game on the xbox one that is backward compatible

2. Press the two small buttons on the controller (The menu button and the view button).

3. This will launch the Xbox 360 Emulator menu

Yes you can. Your profile is linked to Xbox Live, not the console. All you need is to download your profile online or onto a USB stick, and your email and password for your profile's account.

I intend to still play on Xbox 360 daily since I have many Xbox friends and Xbox 360 games which many still want to play even with Xbox One due to come out very soon. Not everyone is going to get Xbox 1 at launch and Xbox 360 has popular games still and
the Xbox Live service for Xbox 360 will continue even after Xbox 1 launches.

I think Microsoft maybe trying to get more peps OFF Xbox 360 and on Xbox 1, lol. I've had Xbox 1 since it launched I even went to the midnight launch in NZ, and I still play more on Xbox 360. I have a full Xbox 360 friends list, and only a quarter of them
have an Xbox 1, the rest play on 360. Despite Xbox 360 having weaker hardware, more peps (youth slang for people) including me are playing on Xbox 360 because Microsoft did such a great job with it. The layout of Xbox 360's UI looks more kid friendly too.
The Social page shows you and your friends avatars especially in XBL Parties. Xbox 1's UI looks more like Windows 10 but it misses out on that kid-like feel UI which Xbox 360 has.

Also a lot of peps on here complained how after launch, you couldn't change the dash background or there was no voice messages. And how it couldn't do half the things Xbox 360 could with the features that had and which Xbox 1 firstly left out. It got so
bad they had to make 2 policy reversals and ended up creating an official feedback site.

But things on Xbox 1 are a lot better than what they were like at launch. More games, especially coming this year. Just remember Xbox 360's game library is H U G E . That's why it may seem there are more B/C games.
