XBOX 360 Game Star wars TCS can't save on XBOX ONE

Hello.

I've bought Star Wars TCS (360 Game) for the XBOX one. It'works complete but I can't save the game. I've tried many things. I've called on the XBOX 360 screen and I've tried to connect with my profile. It says "Download" your profile but nothing happens.
It says can't find profile. I made a live account but it sill doesn't work. I tried to activate the cloud but It's I can't find the cloud for the xbox one. Please help because me and my children are getting crazy.

How do I save progress with Lego Star Wars: TCS?

 

How can I download 360 Live Gold game on Xbox One?

My kid likes Lego Star Wars: TCS, and he saw at "Games with Gold" page on this month he can download this one. We sold 360, so can't download on it.

Is there any options to do this with Xbox One? Or need to buy for $20? Then why I can see it on my new device?

Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, are you trying to save your game with your MelsDJ account? If so, you will need to have an Xbox Live Gold membership in order for you to use cloud saves.

The problem is that the game doesn't automaticly saves levels. I trie to look in the game it self, but there is no save game option. For now I have a "try out" version of Xbox live and still I can't save the game. The game does not recordnise my xbox account.
When I turn up the xbox 360 menu in the game, I can;t download my account. The game doesn't recordnice my account. Even the cloud option I can't find in the xbox one. I hope you have a sollution.

 

Eureca! I found the problem. For all the people who had the same problem, here's the solution.

The problem lies not in the Xbox 360 game or Xbox-one. It lies in the hardware. It is in the WiFi router at the settings. Make connection to your Wi-Fi router and see if cloud security is on. With me the cloudsecuritey was enabled, which should be set to
disabled. Save the new settings on your WiFi router. Then you go to your xbox one. Start the game Star Wars TCS and you will see that it automatically recognizes your user profile and starts downloading it for your Xbox 360 game. Then, after playing each
level, you can save the game. If this still does not work then put you off wifi firewall. It must certainly succeed.

To clarify, you're getting an error when you try to download your account? That would be causing the saving issue if so. Let's start out by

Factory Restoring your Xbox One, which has helped others in similar situations. Be sure to select 'Keep my games & apps'!
