    Hello,

    I have been trying to download Rayman 3 as part of the Games with Gold membership. I've tried to download both from xbox.com through my web browser and through my XBox console. In both places I see that the price is listed as $9.99 even though it should
    be free as part of Games with Gold. In the past I have been able to download XBox 360 game as part of Games with Gold. Any help, thoughts, or suggestions to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

    Xbox charging for free Games with Gold game?

    Hi, I'm trying to download the new Games with Gold on 1st October 2017. Rayman 3 HD for Xbox 360 is trying to charge me £6.75 instead of being free. Anyone else got this problem?

    Yes there seems to be a slight delay with that game. Just wait until it appears as free with gold

    I am having exactly the same problem. Over the past few months I have been reserving the games with gold on my xbox 360 ready for when I got an xbox one. I got my xbox one yesterday but none of the games appear in the download queue :( I specifically remember
    reserving Rayman Legends as it was a game I really wanted to play but there were others too that I can't remember. When I find Rayman Legends in the store it is showing as full price.

    I tried speaking to someone on the live chat but that wasn't helpful as they said it wasn't possible to reserve xbox one games on the 360 and you could only download them while they were available. That directly contradicts the video on xbox 360 about how
