Xbox 360 game not showing in ready to install list on xbox one

Howdy All

Backwards compatible game not showing , I've talked with twitter xbox support guys but that only got me 2 games to show , I've bought 3 BC games Red Dead and Start Wars Force Unleashed 1 and 2 after removing and re downloading my profile only Red And SW
1 was showing.

I have been through a lot of steps and only got two of the three games i bought to show up , hopefully someone figured out how to fix this issue .

Steps I've Tried :

Restart

Reset of router

Signing in and out

Switching from instant to Economic mode

Removing and Reinstalling Profile

Checked if game was purchased and indeed it is

Added to install Que via the pc but seems it only added to 360 Que

Please Help

If the game isn't showing under your Ready to Install list on your Xbox One, is it possible thee was a different account on your Xbox 360 that purchased the game?

 

Prince of Persia not showing up as Ready to Install

I bought Prince of Persia today on my xbox 360 and it is not showing up on my Xbox One Ready to Install list.

I currently have 20 games on 360 that are backward compatible but this PoP is not showing even though it is on the list to do so, and even says on the tile that it plays on Xbox One when you go to buy it.

Can anyone assist as to why this is please.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with accessing some titles. The first thing to check, is your console currently taking part in the Xbox One Update Preview? If not, does the region of your account match your physical locale? And if so, did you purchase
the digital BC games in that same region?

 

Thanks for the assistance I'm currently not taking part in the preview I double checked and made sure my region is the same as my current local and verified that i purchased it in the same region , out of the 3 BC games it's just Force Unleashed 2 that is
not working and for the life of me i can't figure out why . Is there anything else i can try to fix it ?

Unfortunately, according to
South Africa's Backwards Compatibility list, Star Wars:The Force Unleashed II is not available in your region at this time. That is why the game is not showing up in your "Ready to Install" list on your Xbox One console.

I am also in South Africa and am having the same problem. I no longer have my 360 console and purchased The force unleashed 2 after confirming it was on the list of backward compatible games. I was not aware that the list of BC games differ between regions
and am now regretting a purchase which I am completely unable to use.

@Miss Bijoux the URL you posted has not been updated in many months as I own many BC titles not shown there and am able to play them on my Xbox One.

An update would be appreciated as well as any possible ETA on when this title will be made available for South Africa. If this is not on the cards I would like to request a refund for a purchase which I am not able to use.
