Xbox 360 Game-in-tray image error

So, my little brother plays quite a bit of Minecraft, and some time after the latest update for the Xbox 360, when he would put the Minecraft disc in, it would say "Minecraft" but display an image of what was clearly some kind of game app meant for Windows
10 or something. I believe the image displayed where the picture of whatever game is in the disc tray is supposed to be is of some game called "Kingdoms and Lords." Anyways, I washed the Minecraft disc and cleared the content cache on my Xbox 360. It seemed
to fix the problem, until it started happening again today, and now it isn't just Minecraft that has this weird glitch, it's several of my games. I put in CoD: Black Ops and Dead Space 3 to try them. The tab where the game-in-tray icon ought to be says the
name of whatever game is in the tray, but it shows an image of this "Kingdoms and Lords" game. Now, my Xbox plays the games fine, so I don't think it's an optical drive error.



I think it's probably a software error, but clearing the content cache didn't work the second time, and I don't know how to hard reset my Xbox 360.

What images? The images on the marketplace or the image when you put a disc in the tray?

 

You aren't the only one in that boat, my friend. When I inserted Dead or Alive 4 (Or any game for that matter) that Kingdoms and Lords image kept overriding the intended image. Microsoft, please explain this, is it a glitch?

Obviously it's a glitch. I have the same problem with "Alan Wake American Nightmare". Thankfully it's the only one of my games that does that. I'm still trying to figure out what an "xbox windows phone" is, as that is what it says at the top of the "Kingdoms
and Lords" graphic.

 

I am getting the exact same image as you guys on Fora Horizon,Forza Motorsport 4 and some of my Arcade cover Art installed on my hard drive. Here is the list of Arcade games that have the image for cover art.
