Xbox 360 Game Download Issue

I have tried everything to get this game to download. But it is stuck in a download loop on Xbox 360.

It will not go passed 79%. The download restarts then fails attempts.

I purchased the classic Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb for download on my Xbox 360/One. It downloaded fine on my Xbox One. On my Xbox 360, the download stops at 80% and never finishes. I had approx. 17 GB prior to the download; I now have
15.2 GB left of the hard drive with only 80% of the game downloaded. Is anyone else getting this issue? It can't be a hard drive space issue; it must be an issue with the game data somwhow.

Hi, if you have access to an Xbox 360 it's fairly simple, you start the download on the 360 and then cancel the download and the game will show as ready to install on your Xbox One, not elegant but it works.

The 360 side of the store on the Xbox One has some issues still and I've never been able to download any of the 360 games either other than starting the download on my 360 as described above.

try to clear your system cache(3-5 times) and deleting corrupt/incompleted downloads on your Xbox 360.

Hello Apex, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your download.

A download that consistently stops and restarts for a 360 game usually suggests a regional issue. Which country do you physically live in please and is your gamertag set to the same country?
