    Xbox 360 game dlc not available?


    Im trying to download the dlc for sid meiers civilization revolution and when i go to download it a message pops up saying "this offer is not valid in your region" im not sure if this is a bug or a hiccup in the store or anything but i was wondering if there
    is a solution that would be great.

    Left 4 Dead 2 DLC

    Hi,

    I downloaded Left 4 Dead 2 on my Xbox One using my Xbox 360 game disc. Everything works fine however, I do not have any of the DLC that was purchased previously on my account on my Xbox 360. All of my data/dlc from my old games are on my old 360 hard drive.
    How do I obtain my DLC without having to pay for them again?

    I was able to came across to this question as well.

    As for my research, here are the following info.

    From Activision web site. . .

    Xbox

    DLC transferring between Xbox 360 and Xbox One depends on whether or not you purchased the DLC with a Call of Duty: Ghosts Season Pass.

    If you have a Season Pass:

    DLC purchased on Xbox 360 will transfer to Xbox One.

    DLC purchased on Xbox One will not transfer to Xbox 360.

    If you do not have a Season Pass:

    DLC purchased on Xbox 360 will not transfer to Xbox One.

    DLC purchased on Xbox One will not transfer to Xbox 360.

    Hey there Hey shenanigans.

    Are you trying to download the DLC in-game or are you buying it from the Xbox store? If it's in-game, try purchasing it from the store instead to see if there's a change.

    To check, does the region of your account match your physical location or are you using a cross-region account? Keep in mind, cross-region accounts aren't supported and may cause store issues such as this.

    There is a problem that some DLCs are not available on Xbox ONE for Xbox 360 games. I do not understand why backwards compatibility is so why DLC is not available. But it's a few games.

    Not all dlc are available for xbox 360 backward compatibility games for xbox one. The availability of such content depends from the game developer.

    Oh ok, I see. Then is there a way to move the DLC's to my Xbox One library for the game? Otherwise, I believe it just wouldn't work and I'd only have access to the DLC from my Xbox 360. Totally understandable if that is the case as not all DLC's for 360 games are available through backward compatibility even if the game is.

    If you own DLC for any of your Xbox 360 games, it can work on Xbox One. If you don’t, you won’t be able to buy it from the new console. Microsoft confirmed before that all the DLC you bought for your Xbox 360 games will carry
    over to Xbox One, if the game is on the
    backwards compatible library.

    If you have the digital license for the Xbox 360 game/DLC and it’s available to be played on the Xbox One, the game will appear in the Ready to Install section of My games & apps. You can check whether you have the digital license
    for an Xbox 360 game by visiting your
    Purchase History.     To see whether an Xbox 360 game is available to play on the Xbox One, see

    Play Xbox 360 games on Xbox One.     For digital Xbox 360 titles/DLC, these will not be purchasable directly on the Xbox One. You can purchase them on your Xbox 360 or

    xbox.com     to have them available on your Xbox One.
