Xbox 360 froze during license transfer

I was trying to license transfer and my console decided to freeze. I've called over 4 times in the past couple hours and have received no help.

Does anyone know how to get their DRM reset? Who am I supposed to contact?

Disconnecting during a License Transfer

Will disconnecting from xbox live during a license transfer screw up the transfer?

 

If I transfer game licenses to a different 360, will it also affect Xbox One games for that gamertag?

We had 2 Xbox 360s and sold one to get the Xbox One. Some of the games were purchased on the Xbox we sold, so only the purchasing account can play them. I'd like to transfer the licenses for that gamertag (not this one) to the Xbox 360 we still have.
But I'm concerned that this will also transfer that gamertag's licenses for Xbox One games, rendering them unplayable. Does the license transfer tool in 360 Account Management only transfer 360 games, or could we lose the licenses for the Xbox One games? Thanks.

Drm transfer is instant

Downloading content is seperate

Once youndrm transfer you just goto your download history and queue your downloads

 

Clicking transfer does it automatically then you just download the content too complete the proccess

 

And no they can't reset the limits for you you already completed it you just have to download the content

I don't think you underatand what drm transfer is

Content doesn't transfer between accounts it's between consoles

You click transfer then download the content nothing else
