xbox 360 freezing, sign out by itself, and account banned

xbox started signing out of #1 profile during loading of games or starting apps, then after fixing problem by deleting and reloading profile. Problem one was fixed but screen began freezing during loading of movies or if you paused , stopped and tried to
resume.. then acct banned

someone mentioned the xbox 360 was hacked by another user but i am ready to kill everything and start over unless someone has had this happen before and fixed it...

 

well if it was hacked it might be best to start over did you check your email address to read what microsoft sent you regarding the ban

 

I've watch my son play for over 2 yrs without a single issue but nov 28, 2014, it was banned for cheating or playing with someone cheating til 12 12 14. I remember him playing call of duty and someone was shooting and killing but they were not pointing
at him when he would die. He said that guys cheating. My son may understand why that happened better than I. He mentioned before any problems ever occured around summer aug 2014 that someone got our ip. Not sure what he meant so I fixed the sign out problem
with tech support. Still these other issues started and they are liveable being its not to often but its not connecting to the wifi anymore today and that wasnt happening ever. My wifi functions with all other devices in the house and when I turn off the
xbox and restart it sometimes it will connect to the wifi. I know today xbox live is malfunctioning but that shouldnt affect a internet connection. Should I format everything and start fresh. I do not use the xbox gaming ever except for holidays and summer
when my son stays with me. All other times its netflix or app. If i start fresh what should I change?? Everything including the machine??

 

oh my gamertag is troyjb0001 incase its needed. he uses that acct to play. The other acct I got him as a childs acct doesnt have the levels or experience points or something like that so he never wanted to use it. Thanks very much for trying to help!!!

 

Oh regarding the wifi issue, I mean it will see my wifi and links to it but doesnt connect to the internet during the test my xbox live procedure. My smartphone has no trouble connecting and we are in same room. I am hoping maybe thats the xbox live issue
causing it somehow

OKAY its was the server causing the problem with internet issue. It froze up yesterday in you tube app but when I hit the eject tray button I went back to home screen after opening & closing tray, I can live with that. What is ..Mod?

 

Yes someone else was more than likely signing in have you been in any recovery lobbies lately? Hmmm?
