    XBox 360 freezes while watching TV or playing movies


    Our xBox 360 freezes while playing movies or watching TV through it. It happens at least 3 times an hour. We have nothing on hardrive, and our cache is cleared. We only watch the TV and videos. Does anyone know why it freezes or completely turns off? It's
    out in the open and doesn't feel hot. Air can circulate around it freely. this started a few years ago but has worsened over time. Can anyone help us? Of course with the Covid 19 virus, I know I can't speak to a human. but we're in with nothing else to do
    except watch TV. We are older and don't understand a lot of technology so if there is anyway you can help, it would be appreciated!

    No, no error code. When it freezes, it just has an arrow going around in a circle. Other times, it just stops.

    We have been using our Xbox for years to watch Netflix and Hulu with no problem. This started a year ago just once in a while. Now it's not worth watching because it happens all the time. Our cords are the correct ones. But thank you for trying.
