Xbox 360 freezes when accessing xbox dashboard while logged into xbox live

right after i download latest firmware last nite.. Xbox 360 freezes when accessing xbox dashboard while logged into xbox live.. if logged on local user or skip login it will be fine.. login xbox live after a game start it is fine too.. please provide fix/patch..

Xbox 360 Issue HELP!

The other day, I was on my Xbox 360 and tried downloading the WWE Network app when my console froze. I restarted the system and logged back into my Xbox Live account and now every time I do log back in, my system freezes on the dashboard. It only does this when I log into my Xbox Live account. If I skip login, I do not have any issues.

Could someone help me please?!

 

GH3 Crashes When I Try To Play An Online Game

I'd try the usual fix of clearing your 360's cache in the dashboard.

 

Try deleting the last update you installed because it could be corrupted, then try downloading the system update again hopefully that will make it unfreeze at the dashboard

 

hm.. i read that someone already did that but not resolve.. this seems happening to almost everyone

found workaround..

1. skip sign-in then disable auto-sign-in..

2. then start any game u want by disc or on hdd..

3. at the game start screen (which usually ask to press "Start"), press "XBOX" button then login..

4. once logged in, continue playing

 

things that ive done/told that wont resolve the issue,

1. clear system cache

2. remove hdd

3. remove xbox live user

4. redownload xbox live user

5. format memory

6. turn off and wait more than 30 sec before turn on

7. contacted xbox suppport.. it says hdd corrupt.. but dun think so, coz all other parts is fine.. except xbox live login

8. network test to xbox live OK

9. skip login or login with local user is OK

10. all corrupted data removed

11. roll-back update and reupdate

 

Pun download it will help. And may help for some people and not others.

Microsoft are aware of an issue affecting Singapore and the teams are currently investigating. hopefully they can resolve it as soon as possible, but they don’t have an update or ETA at this time.

The only solution at this time, is to keep doing the work around.

 

I think this issue had resolved. Tested late last nite, able to login xbox live and access dashboard as usual. Can anyone else confirm.
