Xbox 360 freezes and system update fails

Discus and support Xbox 360 freezes and system update fails in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hi, My Xbox 360 freezes after few minutes or even at splash screen.     Xbox 360 freezes and system update fails


    Hi,

    My Xbox 360 freezes after few minutes or even at splash screen. I do not get any flashing red light indications and power supply light is green. Removing the hard drive does not solve the problem and I also tried clearing the system cache but with no sucess.

    I tried to perform a system update both from network and from usb and I have encountered these error messages 40A3-417F-1380-0915-C000-0032, 40A3-417F-2600-2815-C000-0102 respectively.

    Any ideas besides sending it for a service?

    xbox fails to update november update

    lol EPIC FAIL XBox! DO NOT and I Repeat DO NOT do the November 27th update it will KILL YOUR XBOX!

    Since the update when turning on my system it fails to load past my background and freezes, I tried pulling out my hard drive and restart my system and then I'm prompted to download the update again. Thinking my hard drive must have crash I re-download the
    update to my system drive and now it's doing the same thing, Starts.... loads background.... Freezes! And now I have an expensive paperweight!

    Okay, first of all try
    Clearing System Cache     on your console (if you can before it freezes). Also, try following some of the solutions shown on the

    Screen Freeze Solution     page! If all else fails, and you are certain that it has only happened after the update, and not before, it's recommended you chat to a support agent on the

    Contact Us     page as it appears the a problem occurred due to an update.

    The 0032 error code suggests that your console is having issues staying connected to Xbox Live during the update process. If you are wireless please try connecting via ethernet cable for the duration of the download or try the steps listed at the link below.

    My xbox freezes whenever it loads gameplay on any disc

    Hi there,

    please try the steps here:
    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-360-screen-freeze

    If all fail then you will need to request a repair like mentioned at the end of the steps.

    When requesting a repair, it will also show the costs of the repair when the console is outside of warranty.
