Xbox 360 Free Games with Gold on Xbox One

I was under the impression that xbox360 games that were compatible with xbox one and were offered free as part of the monthly free games with gold would show next to the xbox one games in the store. But this does not seem to be the case, I missed Dirt3 this
month and would have missed DSIII if I hadn't checked on the web rather than my xbox so what's the deal, have I got a setting wrong? Is there a different place for these in the store? Am I whinging too much?

Getting free Games with Gold on Xbox 360 and Xbox One with the same Xbox Live Gold account.

If I get an Xbox one and bring my existing Live Gold account to it, will I still be able to get free Games with Gold on my Xbox 360 as well as the free Games with Gold on Xbox One? I'm far from abandoning my 360 just yet. But, I still want to start experiencing the
Xbox One.

 

problem with the games with gold

I have a problem with the games with gold. I can download the Xbox One games on my Xbox One but whenever I try to download the free Xbox 360 games, it says buy for free and when i press it, it goes to a blue screen. Same with the Internet Explorer, it just
says go to the Xbox store and download it, which I obviously can't do.. I do not have a Xbox 360 in order to download the free Xbox 360 games with games with gold, so it can automatically pop up in my Install on the Xbox One. So my question is, "How do I download
the free Xbox 360 games without an Xbox 360?"

 

Nope as per the announcement you had to have a 360 or use the webstore they never promised to add it to the one marketplace and would be an issue because not all would be compatibles

Bit marketplaces are different and have different requirements

 

Not to mention not all 360 marketplaces regions are supported yet

So if you are physically located in a 360 region but not a one and have a mismatched region it wouldn't work

For 360 account region and physical region must match since not all 360 regions match xbox one regions you may have chosen a non matching region to get one support

Not including us foreign bases and territories

 

The 360 store only shows on the 360 or xbox.com. I wondered the same thing for DLC as on the X1, they show as "Bundle".

 

This announcement sounds like a useful thing to have read, mind pointing me to it?

which specifically states all free games with gold for 360 would be xb1 compatible, nor does it mention that the games might only be available on the webstore. I get that it may not be as straight forward to do as I expected but finding specific info on
the details has been difficult. Thank you for your assistance in pointing me to some resources.
