i have forgotten pass code and security question. I have not used it in a long time and wanted to play a game but says family setting and need the code can't remember it nor the favorite food question?? Who do I call and what info do I need.

I forgot the family passcode and question. HELP

If you’ve forgotten your pass code, you can reset it by answering the pass code question you created when you set up parental controls on your Xbox 360 console. Here’s how:

On your console, go to Settings, and then select Family.

When you’re prompted, enter any pass code (even though it’s incorrect).

When you’re notified that your pass code is incorrect, select Reset Pass Code.

When your pass code question appears, use your controller or chatpad to enter the answer, and then select Done.

If you’re unable to remember the answer to your pass code question, you’ll need to contact

Xbox Support for help.

Hey Aidan, Assuming the family code is on the Xbox 360 we do have a
Parental Controls troubleshooter.

For forgotten pass codes for the Xbox 360, it can be reset by answering the pass code question created when the console and parental controls were first set up. In short, No, we do require a Microsoft account so we can register the console to it.
