XBOX 360 - FIFA 15

ciao a tutti,

ho un problema con FIFA 15 acquistato ieri. la mia xbox360 (la 250gb) si blocca appena inizio una partita in qualsiasi modalit di gioco ( a volte si blocca anche nell'arena). ho provato il gioco su una xbox vecchia (circa 4 anni) e non ho problemi. sulla
mia xbox tutti i giochi più recenti funzionano senza alcun tipo di problema. ho gi provato la cancellazione di tutti i dati di fifa 15 e la ricreazione ma il problema persiste... qualcuno ha dei suggerimenti?

please try clearing the cache of the console like mentioned here:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

If that doesn't help, then try the game with a different profile to see what happens.

I cleared the cache of the console but it didn't work. this evening i will try with a new profile (actually i have only one profile, i must create another one), but i have a question: if with my new profile fifa15 will work rightly, will i lose every fifapoint
and every player that i bought on fut?

If it does work with a different profile, there might be something wrong with your profile (or the FIFA save game on the console)

If it is the profile, you can just delete the profile (Profile Only) from the console and redownload it to see if that fixes the issue. Be aware that you need the accounts details (Email, password etc) to redownload the profile

 

i tried, unfortunatly i had the same problem. i created a new account but i didn't erase the account that has the problem and the situation is not changed. i don't think that is a problem of the optical drive because other games are running without problems..

So the new profile experiences the same thing? If so have you tried installing the game, to see if that helps?

 

I think that I will delete all the profiles and all the files of FIFA15 form my xbox, I will create a new profile and only after that, I will install again FIFA15. I hope that in this way it will be ok, in other case i don't know how can i do... I tried
both with a wifi connection and without an internet connection but it was the same thing. if also this test will fail, do you think that i need call the assistance?

Since you already tried a different profile using a different profile is likely not a solution.

I suggest contacting Xbox Support before deleting everything on the console to see what they advise to do.
