    XBox 360 features missing then E68 when updating!


    Hi, I turned on my Xbox 360 today and suddenly getting this error saying some features missing and I need to update it! So I chose OK to update and then halfway through I get the following error! If I chose not to update, I will get another set of error
    saying features missing again and only option is to restart console! Help!

    XBox Freezing after Startup

    When I start up my 360, it immediately requests an update. After the updating is done, the 360 freezes right before loading the desktop. If I restart it, it again requests an update. If I decide to decline an update it says "some Xbox 360 features are
    missing or corrupt" and prompts me to restart the system.

    E68 error with old hard drive and now a new hard drive.

    I got a E68 error this week. Followed the instructions for this (Error Code E68 and one red light when you use your Xbox 360) , removed my old hard drive and the
    Xbox worked fine. Reinserted the old hard drive and once again I got an E68 error.

    The instructions above indicated I probably had a bad hard drive. I ordered a brand new hard drive today, when I installed it once again I got another E68 error. Is this likely a problem with the Xbox itself or is there something I'm missing? Thanks in advance.
