Xbox 360 - Far Cry 4, cant download some pre-order bonus content

I had pre ordered Far Cry 4 from amazon years ago when it was first released. There were codes included for Hurk's redemption and the elephant gun pack dlc which I redeemed and downloaded just fine, the problem now is that I accidentally deleted these items
from my hard drive and now I cant seem to redownload them. I found them listed in my "download history" and have tried multiple times to download them but it just will not do it. Theres no message about the dlc not existing or that it thinks I dont have
access to them anymore, it tries to download them for a minute or so...only going to 1% then 0% back and forth a few times before giving a message that it "cant download" them. Ive used this method to recover other items I had deleted and couldnt seem to
find any other way a few times already but this is the first time it refuses to work for me. Help please? Also just want to clarify and not waste time with obvious answers...these items are already "mine", theyve already been redeemed with working codes
on this same exact account Im trying to download them onto again, and there is nothing telling me that this content simply doesnt even exist for download anymore.

Sorry to hear it. I checked the page for the game and DLC and could not find those items listed. It is possible that they are no longer on the servers which would be the reason you can no longer download them.

Well thanks for trying but Im not certain that these downloads specifically were ever listed in that spot, what Im talking about is something Ive done with success a number of times before...redownloading games/addons that cant even be found through normal
searching but DOES still apparently exist and is downloadable by specifically finding it listed in the "download history" section in the "account" tab on the xbox dashboard. For example Im downloading the demo for Jojos Bizarre Adventure and Marvel vs Capcom
Origins right this moment and have very recently had to download the "fighting chance pack" for The Evil Within by using this method even though none of it seems to be able to come across as existing for download any other way Im aware of. Also, there have
been items that become listed as "does not exist anymore" or something similar in this tab but these 2 things I want to redownload are giving me all the signs that they still exist as compared to anything else Ive had to redownload but they just wont work
for some reason. If they literally dont exist for download anymore Id assume that they would stop being listed by name and even showing what size they are and pictures and descriptions regarding what they are. Phew, so much typing. Do you follow me now
though?
