    I’ve forgotten the pass code and pass phrase answer I set up for parental controls?

    Family settings on Xbox 360, needs pass code and answer to pass phrase... I forgot both and was referred to this forum for help. any suggestions?

    To disable or change a forgotten Family Pass Code you're going to have to call Xbox Support.
