XBOX 360 Error when trying to download Dead Rising DLC

Hello,

when trying to redeem the Xbox 360 Dead Rising Collection Premium DLC Codes trough XBox.com , I get the following errors:

Case Zero DLC:

XBOS-4000

b461d452-223d-4b12-9fec-585c5ed93608

Case West DLC:

XBOS-4000
5a941e5d-7960-42e4-b94b-4f0c19fa3d5c
When redeeming them trough Xbox 360 directly, it just says Code not valid.
The Game was sealed and is brand new, i can offer proof of purchase too.

Dead Rising 3 'Last Agent' DLC out today

Dead Rising 3: The Last Agent has been released on Xbox Live today.

The new DLC adds a new vehicle, six new weapons, and story missions revolving around ZDC agent Brad Park. If you have a season pass you can download the content automatically, otherwise you should be able to download it separately

Is there any way I can get Crackdown for free even though the time to download it has expired

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately the time for the free download has passed. You can currently download Dead Rising 2 and the DLC, Dead Rising 2 Case 0.

If not that would be why

Both games at region locked

Yes my account region is the same as the actual region.

I start to think it could be because I live in Germany and the Dead Rising games are on the index here, but i hope not

 

Well if you are talking about a us military base in Germany that doesn't count as in region

Deadrising is actually banned by the Usk in Germany there Is no legal way to get it

 

Eu region doesn't count as regions have different laws per country not by continent

When you are visiting another land you have to abide by their laws

As you cannot legally ger the game in Germany the only way is to import the codes or disk which doesn't allow you to download the dlc due to the ban

Deadrising game isn't on the index of Germany as its a criminal offense with jail time

Only the themes are which don't depicted the banned actions

Importing a disk doesn't make it legal to run.

If you read the Usk ban I suggest you read it on future purchases as it applies to all games on the ban list
