Can't use my code for Xbox Live

Hello,

This is very frustrating. I tried to use the code i bought for Xbox Live Gold, but that didn't work.

I got this crazy error:

This error may mean that your account is currently on the Entertainment for All Plan. While under this contract, you can’t add additional months to your membership. Once your membership expires, you can add additional months and
redeem any Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code tokens.

After being on the phone with GS customer service for over 70 minutes, I actually got another code from them & its not working either.

The latest error code i got from entering the replacement code from my tablet (logged into my MS account) was :

i received a 30 day code directly from xbox for being loyal for 6 years . input code to redeem. shows exactly what it is 30 day live membership, but when you click to use code comes back with error. this code comes direct from xbox.com in an email. This
