Good news !

By sending an email to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** (for EU region) with my not working code , and a prof that i bought the game (i take a picture of the game with the code written on it), they send me a new valid code . I tested it and it work fine.

If you are not in the EU region , you may open a ticket at the Capcom support
as Mister Beep said it before.

Nope.

Might have to go ask Capcom I guess. All a thread here will seem to tell you is that your code is out of date, other than that it seems like we're on our own.. will keep checking this thread now and then I guess though.

Thank you for providing me the code! It appears that the redemption code has indeed expired, which is one of the reasons you would have received that error code.
