Xbox 360 error code: Xbos-0x80150017 e40c419e-fbad-4b04-9d65-3e2b818906ce

So i got the blue xbox 360e 500 GB at Walmart.com , it came with COD Ghosts (as physical copy) and COD Black Ops II as a Download Code on a coupon. It also came with a code for 1 month xbox live gold subscription. I had no issues redeeming the xbox live
month subscription but so far i have not been able to redeem the black ops 2 code. I tried entering it from the console, then from live.xbox.com and it doesnt work still. It calls "Something went wrong Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know
by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate." i already contacted xbox live support by chat 4 times, i tried contacting Activision to see if they could reissue a new code for me but so far no luck. Microsoft Support states the code
im trying to use is still active and they dont see why is not working. Activision wouldnt help me either What other step may i take to get this resolved? Thanks in advance for your help.

Gears of war 3 download code (Gears Ultimate offer) doesn't work.
