Factory Settings

How do I factory reset the console? I have an error code E 82 and i reset it like the old xbox 360's and it worked for about 5 minutes until I turned the console off by unplugging the power cord. then I went to power on again, it was back to the old error
code E 82 again.

That page should have the information you need about the E 74 error. Long story short, your console is broken and will need to be repaired (probably).
